Our Services

Leaks come from many sources. Our diagnostics include residential roofing leaks, commercial/industrial roofing, siding leaks, skylight leaks, chimney leaks, HVAC leaks, Plumbing leaks, basement leaks… In 1999 we were incorporated as a roofing and siding company. Over our 19 years of stopping leaks, we have learned to deal with all exterior and several interior trades. Today we house approximately 8 full time Leak technicians whose skills vary. Combined our men can repair leaks in all these areas (trades).

If a supposed roof leak diagnostic leads to extensive plumbing or HVAC, we will refer those more experienced tradesman, charging our diagnostic fee only. In cases that our men are capable of repairs, we waive the service fee if work is completed.

Our jobs range from as little as $250 (minor residential roof repair) to $100,000+ (new commercial roof installation). Some of our clients are NYS DOT, JFK Airport’s International arrival terminal, Catholic Charities, St Martin of tours Catholic School/Church, Town of Islip Housing Authority as well as businesses and homeowners in all neighborhoods of Nassau and Suffolk counties.
